Every sauce starts the same way — scotch bonnet, pimento, thyme, garlic, ginger. The fruit is what changes, and it changes the heat, the colour and what you reach for it with.
Seven flavours.
One scotch bonnet base.
Every bottle starts the same way — peppers, pimento, thyme, garlic, ginger. What changes is the fruit, and that changes everything.
Seasonings
Seven Caribbean spice blends. 8oz jars, all natural, no MSG.
Juices
Natural island juices. 16oz, no preservatives, no added sugar.

Our story
Born from a love of
Caribbean flavour
Sauce Iz Us was born from our love for authentic Caribbean flavors and our passion for bringing people together through unforgettable food.
Chef Oniel grew up cooking jerk the long way — peppers and pimento pounded by hand, chicken left overnight, fire kept low. The sauces are that recipe, scaled just enough to bottle and no further. Each batch is cooked, not blended, which is why the colour is dark and the texture has grain to it.
Four ways to use it
Jerk sauce is not a condiment you keep for special occasions. Here is where each bottle earns its shelf space.
Marinade
Coat chicken, pork or fish and leave it overnight. The vinegar and salt do the tenderising while the pimento gets into the meat.
Glaze
Brush it on in the last five minutes over direct heat. The fruit sugars caramelise into a lacquer instead of burning off.
Dip
Straight from the bottle next to fries, patties, plantain or anything fried. No dilution, no mixing, no apology.
Stir through
A spoon into rice and peas, slaw, mayo or a stir fry. This is how most bottles actually get finished.

Three things worth
cooking this week
Charcoal jerk chicken thighs
Score the thighs, coat them in Original and leave them overnight. Grill skin-side down over indirect heat, then finish hot with a second coat.
Sticky mango jerk wings
Roast the wings until the skin is tight, then toss in warmed Mango sauce and put them back in for five minutes so the glaze grabs.
Pineapple jerk salmon
Brush the fillets, bake at 200°C, then spoon over the pan juices. The acid in the pineapple keeps the fish from tasting heavy.

The questions we
get most often
Heat, allergens, shipping and storage — answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask us and we will answer the same day.
How hot is it really?
Every bottle is built on scotch bonnet, but the fruit changes how it lands. Mango and Pineapple are gentle. Original and Tamarind sit in the middle. Lime Scotch Bonnet is the hot one and we do not pretend otherwise. There is a heat scale on the homepage that lines all seven up side by side.
What is in it — and what is not?
Real fruit purée, scotch bonnet, pimento, thyme, ginger, garlic and vinegar. All natural, no MSG, no artificial colours. Full ingredient lists are printed on every product page.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. Every flavour is made with soy sauce, which contains soy and wheat, so the sauces are not gluten free. Bottled in a facility that also handles other seasonings. Please read the label before serving to anyone with allergies.
How do I store it?
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and use within four months for the best flavour. Unopened bottles are fine in a cool, dark cupboard until the best-by date on the label.
How big is a bottle?
16oz — about fifteen servings at two tablespoons each. Enough for roughly four family cookouts, in our experience.
