How it started
Sauce Iz Us was born from our love for authentic Caribbean flavors and our passion for bringing people together through unforgettable food.
That line is printed on the side of every bottle, and it is not marketing — it is the reason the business exists.
How it is made
Every flavour starts from the same base: scotch bonnet, pimento, thyme, garlic, ginger and green onion. The sauce is cooked rather than blended, which is why it pours dark and textured instead of smooth and bright. Then the fruit goes in — mango, pineapple, tamarind, guava, cranberry, lime — and the whole thing changes character.
What we will not do
No MSG. No artificial colour. No fruit flavouring standing in for fruit. If a bottle says mango, mango purée is the first ingredient on the label. It costs more to make it that way and we have decided to live with that.
