Every bottle is built on scotch bonnet, but the fruit changes how it lands. Mango and Pineapple are gentle. Original and Tamarind sit in the middle. Lime Scotch Bonnet is the hot one and we do not pretend otherwise. There is a heat scale on the homepage that lines all seven up side by side.

Real fruit purée, scotch bonnet, pimento, thyme, ginger, garlic and vinegar. All natural, no MSG, no artificial colours. Full ingredient lists are printed on every product page.

Yes. Every flavour is made with soy sauce, which contains soy and wheat, so the sauces are not gluten free. Bottled in a facility that also handles other seasonings. Please read the label before serving to anyone with allergies.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and use within four months for the best flavour. Unopened bottles are fine in a cool, dark cupboard until the best-by date on the label.

16oz — about fifteen servings at two tablespoons each. Enough for roughly four family cookouts, in our experience.

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day. Every order goes by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.

Shipping is worked out from your ZIP code. You pay what USPS Ground Advantage charges to send your box — based on how far it travels and how much it weighs — with a $9.99 minimum per order. Enter your ZIP code in the cart to see the exact price before you check out.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it, no return needed. For food safety we cannot accept returns on opened bottles you simply did not enjoy — but tell us anyway, because it helps us.

Yes. We supply restaurants, delis, farm shops and independent grocers, with case pricing and a low first-order minimum. Send us the wholesale enquiry form and we will come back within two working days.
